Leadership

Valerie Weber Hamann, President and Founder of Evergreen Consulting Services, has served in leadership and management roles in both small business and corporate environments.   

Having serviced manufacturing, clean technology, energy, and real estate industries; her background includes having accrued professional experience as Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing for a regional real estate title company; Account Executive for an international real estate multiple listing service software company; and most recently as Business Development Manager for Chrysler Global Electric Motorcars, a neighborhood electric vehicle manufacturing company that manufactures GEM battery-electric vehicles. 

As Business Development Manager for Global Electric Motorcars, Valerie spearheaded all facets of new business development marketing for the leading OEM manufacturer of neighborhood electric vehicles sold in domestic and international markets. 

Appointed by senior management, she worked on advocating the legalization of low speed vehicles in numerous states, which entailed cultivating the grass roots effort with key constituency groups and state legislators.  Her work at Global Electric Motorcars made significant in-roads for GEM neighborhood electric vehicles driven in master planned communities, resorts, corporate campuses, and in downtown districts.  By the end of 2008, the company-wide management and team efforts led the company to achieve its best year ever since its inception. 

Valerie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Moorhead; and accrued professional experience in clean technology manufacturing, electric vehicles, real estate title, real estate multiple listing software, and banking industries.  She has a proven track record for building successful partnership alliances, successfully collaborating with management and leadership teams, and increasing sales and revenue. 

Leveraging over fifteen years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and financial operations; Evergreen Consulting Services helps clients with their business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing needs.
